After two visits and one very stubborn clogged toilet, I’m so thankful for the Gas Guys Plumbing and Heating technicians who came out and got the job taken care of! Both technicians were kind, polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything along the way. They also performed routine maintenance on all of our gas appliances, which gave me added peace of mind and some helpful guidance on keeping everything running safely and properly. Great service and a great experience overall. We will definitely call Gas Guys again when we need them!

Duke energy sent Gas Guys out to work on my waterheater and they did a great job.

Excellent response especially since it was a Sunday AM. Jacob did an excellent job, very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and repair options. Performed repair in less than an hour and all is good.

They were sent by Duke Energy to fix our tankless water heater. Jake quickly found a small fuse inside the unit had blown. He tracked down a replacement and installed it. It was fixed.

I recently used this company as I was big trouble in the middle of the night with a water leak. I have one word to summarize the experience….”FANTASTIC!” Jessica and Zach were absolute super hero’s by answering my call at 2am on a Sunday. Zach showed up to my house no less than 10 minutes after the call to help fix the leak for the night. Ethen and Zach showed up again the next day to finalize everything. I was very impressed with everyone involved. They were highly professionalism, kind, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Gas Guys were recommended by a friend. We called on a Friday night and Jake and Zachary arrived at 10am the next morning and promptly figured out and resolved our plumbing leak issue. Excellent Service and Reliable Work! I had an issue with my gas water heater, (on a Sunday afternoon under pouring rain) and this company came through quickly and professionally. The technician was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and had the main pilot light working again in no time. They were punctual, respectful of my home, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The pricing was fair, and the service was top-notch.
