Gas Guys Plumbing & Heating is a full-service plumbing company with a gas specialty, owned and run by Jake and Jessica Parrish. We fix the everyday problems, like leaks, clogs, water heaters, sewer lines and broken pipes in the yard, and we do the gas work a lot of plumbers would rather pass on: new gas lines, leak investigations, appliance and generator hookups, and gas log sales and service. We are locally owned and operated, and a real person answers the phone 24 hours a day and gets a tech moving. That is not a slogan. Our reviews are full of calls answered at night and on Sundays, and of techs who explained what they found before they fixed it.
Pricing is transparent: you get the price before the work starts, we take all payment types, and financing is available. We are licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina, fully insured, and gas work is sized, pressure-tested and inspected.

How Gas Guys started
Jake started Gas Guys in July 2023 and went full time in November 2024, working on his own for the first six months. Most of the early work came the way it still does: referrals from customers and relationships with other contractors.
Ethen joined as our first employee in June 2025 and is still with us. Peyton came on in August 2026. In October 2025 Jessica left her full-time job to run the business side, scheduling, accounting and permits, so the guys in the trucks can stay on the work.
We have taken on every kind of plumbing job along the way. Today our focus is service: the water heater that quit, the gas line for the new range, the leak, the clog, the call at midnight. That is the work we are best at, and the work we want more of.
