What this site collects

The service request form collects the name, phone number, town or street, and (optionally) email address you enter, anything you write in the message field, and any photos you attach. It is sent to Gas Guys Plumbing & Heating and used to respond to your request and quote the work.

The form also records how you arrived at the site, such as an advertising campaign tag or the page you first landed on, so we can tell which of our advertising works. It is not used for anything else.

Photos you upload

Attachments are emailed with your request and removed from the web server immediately afterwards. They are not published or kept on the site.

Analytics and advertising

This site may use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure visits and which pages lead to calls and requests, and may use call tracking that shows a different phone number to visitors who arrive from an ad. These services set cookies and record pages viewed, approximate location and device type. They are not used to identify individual visitors.

Text messages

Gas Guys Plumbing & Heating, LLC sends text messages only to its own staff, to alert the office when a customer submits a service request. Staff opt in by texting ALERTS to the alerts number and can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

What this site does not do

It does not sell or rent your information, does not send marketing email or texts you did not ask for, and does not require an account.

How long we keep it

Service requests are kept as email for as long as they are useful for the job and normal business records. To have a request deleted, contact us below and it will be removed.
